Aralco has taken all measures in its control to ensure the reliability and accuracy of its software.

Aralco does not make, and licensee does not receive from Aralco, any warranties whatsoever with respect to the software, particularly not the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or against infringement.

In no event shall ARALCO be liable for special, consequential, exemplary, indirect or incidental damages beyond the cost to repair and correct software defects introduced by changes, fixes or upgrades provided by ARALCO under the provisions of the ARALCO Licence Agreement.
