Q. No matter what my BOS or POS Staff Groups are set to, everyone can access everything. What am I missing?

Go to Back Office » Utilities » Settings » Security » Enable Security, and set to Yes.

All Staff members will need to exit out of Aralco BOS and POS completely, and log back in again.
