How do we change our logo?
A few pointers about the logo image itself:
- Be sure the image is a reasonable size – 240 x 240 px is a nice size for receipts and invoices;
- It should have a white background;
- It needs to be in BMP format.
To update your logo:
- Go into Back Office » Utilities » Company Logo;
- Select Open, and locate your logo file;
- Select Save;
- Click on the X to close the window.
Allow some time for the new logo to get downloaded to the POS registers.
