How do I void a POS transaction?

Any transaction since the last End of Shift for the register where the transaction occurred can be cancelled. To do this:

  1. From the Point of Sale main screen select Transactions » Voice transaction and enter the login credentials for a user with rights to void transactions.void-menu
  2. Enter the transaction number that you want to void.
  3. A window will appear with a copy of the receipt – select Void or Cancel.
  4. The next End of Shift report will include the voided transaction information at the bottom.
