How do I create an e-mail list?

Now that you’ve created an e-mail database for your Customers, there are two ways to use this as an e-mail list depending on the desired outcome:

  1. Create a report and then use the built-in Mass Mail function, or;
  2. Create a report, export the view to Excel, and then import the data into Outlook (or whatever e-mail tool is being used).
