Phone area code isn’t defaulting for new customers
Q. How come when adding new customers, the phone area code has a default for some but not all of my stores?
The area code comes from the phone number entered into each store’s license. If the store didn’t have a phone number when it was first set up, then the system will not have a default.
Please email email@example.com with the store code and/or location and the phone number, requesting that it be updated.
