Contacting Aralco Support

Our standard Help Desk hours are from 7am – 5pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday (except for office holidays).

Our Help Desk can be reached either by phone at 604-980-4199 ext. 2, by email at support@aralco.com, or by submitting a support request through our on-line system.

A live operator is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your call, however, technicians for emergency* after hours support are only available from 5am – 10pm Pacific Time.

* Emergency after hours support is available only when you have a customer at the register and you cannot complete the sale, your payment pinpad is not operating, or your Point of Sale is not operational.

Issues related to Back Office, physical counts, end of shift, installation of new hardware or software, report printing, or receiving inventory are not considered emergencies and should be addressed on the next business day.
